9/25/17 - Homework - complete your RAFT rough draft poems. Gather images to support your self-montage. We will have class time to work on the self-montages.
9/21/17 - Homework: period 1 & 4 - none. Period 3 Work on your RAFT poem.
9/19/17 - Homework - Complete and submit your Marigolds writing assessment before next class. Turn in your Marigolds work in at next class. This includes Marigolds Annotations, Questions 2-6, and Chart for extra credit.
9/15/17 - No Homework - complete any past due work that you are missing.
9/13/17 - Homework - complete any work that you didn't finish in class.
9/11/17 - Homework Complete the questions for "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian"
Remember - I'll be out on Wednesday and you will have a sub. Be sure to turn in your "Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian" paper with your comments and the comments on your comments to the box.
Re-read the excerpt from "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian" and complete the double-journal. This means to annotate (mark up the text) and write comments in the column just to the right of the text. Remember, the only wrong answer is not making any comments.
Write a paragraph about the attitudes of pizza from a different point of view or perspective. Think about your favorite character, person, or object. What does that person/object think about pizza? Write a paragraph as that person, describing their attitudes toward pizza.
Remember to bring an independent reading book with you.
