Plates -
DUE SOON

Plates are due end of Nov / beg of Dec.
You MUST have 60 hours of plates (15 hours a month / 4 hours a week)
The Details:
The idea is that this is HIGHLY flexible and personalized.  Each student will work with their advisor to decide how they will fill the 60 hours.  The advisor may sanction any activity and assign the hours they believe to be fair.  So YES, a student can choose a passion project and, as long as the work merits the timeframe given, can be credited with the number of hours that seem appropriate.  There are also themes students can ‘specialize’ in.  This means they can choose based on their topic of interest.  They would not be limited to that line, but it would indicate to them the specialty area.
